Friday 20 April 2007 at 09:56 am South Texas Gas prices started the day considerably lower than yesterday. We saw trades in the $6s for the first time all month. But like yesterday it seems people think the early prices were a little low and thus the prices slowly pushed up most of the day. NGPL seems to have been the hot ticket for the weekend averaging $7.05. Tennessee and Tetco had late pushes but only managed averages of $7.275 and $7.02 respectively. High for the day was $7.09 on Tetco and the low was $6.695 also on Tetco. Right now Nymex is about ten cents back from yesterday lurking in the $7.40 range. I'm not sure if prices lagged so much today as a result of warm weather fears or if it was just a Friday lull, but prices were down farther than I was expecting. Have a great weekend all,

RFR

Other Prices of Interest (approximate average):
Hub - $7.32
TGP 500L - $7.315
TGP Z6 (New York) - $7.95
Tetco M3 (New York) - $7.945
NGPL Nicor (Chicago) - $6.85
